CARLETON COMMUNITY PLAY*
During 2008, Faceless Company will work with Carleton Glen & St Giles View Tenants & Residents Association and young people from their Arts & Crafts Group to devise rehearse and perform a community play for the area, using local venues for rehearsal and performance. As well as two artists working with the core group on drama and performance, Faceless Company will also provide an artist to work with volunteers, young people and other community members who may wish to design and make props, costumes or scenery for the performance.

JOSEPH HARRISON PROJECT 2008
Faceless will run two, one-day programs of arts activities for young people with learning disabilities from the Wakefield District. The program will consist of arts activities and developmental games with young people on the theme of an enchanted forest and growing new life. Each day will culminate in an interactive outdoor performance with young people within the grounds of Nostell Priory. There, they will meet an ancient tree spirit who will lead them through the enchanted forest.
The project will be open to disabled participants from across the district and we will run the project in conjunction with Wakefield Home Based Break Support Services at The Base in Pontefract with Open Door participants and at Cross Keys young peoples centre in Stanley, for significantly disabled young people.
The project will run in the Easter holidays, week commencing 17th March 2008
